Kevin Hofmann has a diverse background in diversity and inclusion leadership, with experience in various organizations and industries. Kevin consults and collaborates with leaders to develop and execute strategies for achieving diversity and inclusion objectives. Kevin has also facilitated focus groups, addressed and problem-solved diversity issues in different settings. At Alma College, Kevin discussed the importance of creating inclusive environments, and authored a book that is used as a supplemental text in the Multicultural department. Kevin has also designed and implemented training courses on race, culture, and diversity for various organizations.
