Sr. Diane Smith, CSJ, has extensive experience in education and social justice advocacy. Currently serving as the JPIC Coordinator and Coordinator of the Office of Peace, Justice and the Integrity of Creation for the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet since October 2013, Sr. Diane focuses on systemic change, addressing issues that dehumanize individuals, advocating for environmental care, and collaborating with peace and justice organizations. Prior roles include teaching in Concord, serving as a Pastoral Coordinator in Palm Springs, and directing the School of Ministry in Stockton. Sr. Diane's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in teaching from Mt. St. Mary's University, a Master of Arts in Religious Studies from the University of San Francisco, and a Master of Arts in Creation Spirituality, Education, and Spirituality from Holy Names University.
