Emily (Emmy) Smith

Emily (Emmy) Smith has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Emily (Emmy) is currently working as a Yoga Teacher and Poetry Workshop Facilitator at Yoga by Emmy. Prior to this, they were the Head of Sales (UK + International) at &SISTERS, where they played a key role in driving sales growth and brand awareness. Emily also served as a B2B Sales Manager at Fed by Abel & Cole, where they worked closely with businesses to promote sustainable food and drink choices. Additionally, they held the position of Commercial Manager - Retail, Ecomm, CPG at Felcana, where they successfully established retail partnerships for the company. Emily has also worked as a Strategic Marketing Analyst - Consumer Insights at MVF and held account management roles at Oho Group Ltd. Emily (Emmy) has further experience as a Director of Social Events & Operations at Project International and as a Brand Campaign Manager at RMP Enterprise. Emily started their career as a Sales Assistant at Next Retail Ltd and worked as a Market Researcher at Leeds University Union.

Emily (Emmy) Smith completed their education as follows:

From 2003 to 2008, they attended Ian Ramsey C of E School where they achieved 9A*'s, including Maths, English, and Science, and 2A's.

From 2008 to 2010, they studied at Stockton Sixth Form College. During this time, they obtained Mathematics (A*), Art and Design (A* - 100%), French (A), and Geography (A - 100% at AS Level).

Finally, from 2010 to 2014, they attended the University of Leeds and achieved a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree with First Class Honours in Geography.

In addition to their formal education, Emily obtained a certification in Power & Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training (200Hr) from The House of Yoga (London) in July 2022.
