Courtney Baum

Courtney Baum, MA, is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager at Sisterson & Co. LLP since March 2023. Prior to this role, Courtney served as a Senior Recruiter and PA/WV Lead at Baker Tilly US from September 2021 to March 2023, where collaboration with recruitment teams and brand promotion were key responsibilities. Courtney also held the position of Director at the Career and Professional Development Center at Saint Vincent College from March 2007 to September 2021, overseeing operations, employer development, and strategic planning while leading a team. Additionally, Courtney taught graduate-level career counseling courses as a Faculty Lecturer and worked as an Assistant Director and Career Consultant at Carnegie Mellon University, advising students in technical master’s programs. Courtney holds a Master of Arts in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Pre-Health Concentration from the University of Pittsburgh.
