Abdullah Ghulam

AbdUllah Ghulam is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and network troubleshooting. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at SITA since December 2018, AbdUllah focuses on IT solutions and customer service for the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) and works on the SITA Cute project. Prior experience includes roles as an Information Technology Field Engineer at Jeraisy Computers and Communications Services from June 2016 to November 2018, and as a Network System Engineer at PTCL from April 2013 to April 2014. AbdUllah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the University of Peshawar, completed in 2013, and received foundational education at Edwardes High School Peshawar from 2006 to 2009.
