Alexsandro Santos

Alexsandro Santos has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Alexsandro started their career in 1990 as a Junior Field Technician at OMC Informática and worked there until 1992. From 1993 to 1996, they worked as a Senior Field Technician at Compuadd Computadores. In 1996, they joined Microwan Informática as a Field Technician until 1997. Then, they worked as a Technical Supervisor at Unigraph Automação Comercial from 1997 to 2001. In 2001, they briefly worked as a Support Technician at Embratel. Since 2002, they have been with SITA, starting as a Global Support Technician and progressing to Senior Technician, Senior Engineer Field Ops, and currently, they hold the position of Team Lead Service Operations.

Alexsandro Santos completed their education at Estácio from 2010 to 2012, earning a degree in Information Technology with a focus on Information Technology. Prior to that, they attended Colégio Lavoisier, where they pursued a Technical degree in Electronics and Informatics. Additionally, Alexsandro obtained a certification in CompTia A+ from CompTia in August 2013.
