Jamie Thobe

Jamie Thobe has over 20 years of experience in accounting, currently serving as a Senior Capital Expenditure Accountant II at SITE Centers since October 2003. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing budgets, assisting with SEC filings, overseeing audit engagements, and monitoring development project progress. Jamie has developed cash forecasting schedules for capital expenditures and collaborates with third-party managers on joint venture properties. Prior experience includes serving as Property Controller at Concord Hospitality Enterprises, where Jamie managed accounting functions for hotels. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Bowling Green State University.
