Tomi Pitkäranta

Tomi Pitkäranta has extensive experience in product strategy and development within the construction industry, currently serving as the Head of Product at Sitedrive since September 2018, where responsibilities include ensuring product-market fit and managing production flow for construction sites. Previously, as Head of Concept & Partnerships, Tomi contributed to strategic foresight and product management while managing research and development programs. Prior roles include Business Development Manager at Flow Technologies, focusing on lean innovation management and collaborative projects, as well as Development Engineer at Fira, concentrating on process development in residential construction. Tomi's early career included roles such as Master's thesis worker at Skanska, examining innovation acceleration, and trainee/site engineer, acquiring hands-on experience in safety, quality management, and procurement. Tomi holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Product Development and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Structural Engineering, both from Aalto University.
