At Sitemate, Erin works as a Senior CS Manager - North America, where they manage a diverse portfolio of clients in the heavy industries. Erin oversees the client journey for the North American client base, advising them on best practices for configuring various use cases such as Health & Safety Management and Quality Management.

Prior to their role at Sitemate, Erin worked at Bench Accounting. Erin held various positions during their tenure, including Senior Team Lead, Customer Success Management and Sales & Account Management Team Lead. Erin also worked as an Account Executive and Sales Development Representative.

Before Bench Accounting, Erin was a Front of House Supervisor at The Boulevard Coffee Roasting Company, Inc. In this role, they led a team of front-end staff, performed administrative tasks, and managed product quality control by roasting the store's coffee beans.

Erin Clazie completed a Master of Management degree in Business Administration from UBC Sauder School of Business during the period of 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from The University of British Columbia from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Erin obtained a certification in Tri-Council Policy Statement: Research Ethics (TCPS 2: CORE) from the Government of Canada in May 2017.
