Heather Wujek-Johns has extensive work experience in various roles related to customer success and financial planning. Heather most recently worked at Sitetracker as the Senior Director of Customer Success Operations, where they managed customer engagement tools, developed business metrics reporting, and created performance scorecards. Prior to that, they held positions at VMware, Tidemark Systems, Hyde Park Partners LLC, Manhattan Associates, Havertys Furniture, Newroads Inc, and Equifax, where they were responsible for customer success management, strategic leadership, financial analysis, and planning.
Heather Wujek-Johns earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance from Oakland University, where they studied from 1987 to 1992. Heather then went on to pursue a Masters Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Oakland University with a concentration in Marketing and International Business, which they completed from 1997 to 1999. In 2019, they obtained certification as a Sitetracker Certified professional from Sitetracker.
