Justin Kaufman

Justin Kaufman has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology industry. Justin is currently working as the CTO at Sitewire since March 2023. Previously, they held the position of VP, Software Engineering at Techstars from December 2021 to March 2023.

From 2018 to 2021, Justin worked at Rightpoint in various roles. Justin initially served as the VP, Product Engineering and was responsible for overseeing all application development at the 800-person digital agency. Justin also led the company's largest team and implemented a streamlined reporting structure. Later, as the Senior Director, Product Engineering, they managed the mobile and emerging technology teams and facilitated on-time delivery of various experiences.

Justin's earlier experience includes working at Raizlabs from 2013 to 2018, where they served as the VP, Technology and Director of Engineering. During this time, they managed the engineering team and established engineering managers. Justin also founded the first satellite office and developed impactful projects.

Prior to that, Justin worked at Apple as a Software Developer from 2012 to 2013. Justin contributed to improving device accessibility and was involved in the development of Switch Control for macOS.

Before joining Apple, Justin worked at Raizlabs as a Senior Software Developer from 2008 to 2012. Justin played a significant role in developing numerous apps for iOS and Android and contributed to the growth of the company.

In 2005, Justin started their career as a Technical Consultant at Boston University, where they worked until 2009.
