Mohd Aminul Hoque

Mohd Aminul Hoque currently serves as a Package Design Engineer II at SiTime since August 2021, having also held the position of Package Design Engineer I. Responsibilities include assisting with new integrated circuit package designs, collaborating with OSATs, and conducting reliability studies. Prior experience includes working as a Graduate Research Assistant at Auburn University from August 2016 to July 2021, focusing on material characterization through mechanical testing of solder alloys. Mohd Aminul Hoque also has a background as a Lecturer at Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology from August 2014 to August 2016, where teaching responsibilities included mechanical engineering courses. Educational qualifications encompass a PhD and MS in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University, attained between 2016 and 2021, and a Bachelor’s degree from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, completed in 2014.
