Larry Dunn has extensive experience in customer service and call center operations. Larry started their career in 1987 as an Airline Yield Management Specialist at Trans World Airlines and worked there until 1990. From 1990 to 1993, they served as an Operations Manager at Summit Travel. Larry then joined American Express as a Team Leader from 1993 to 1995. Larry later worked at Greaves Travel LLC as the Manager of Call Center Operations from 1995 to 1999. Larry then joined CHP International as the Director of Customer Service and Call Center, where they worked until 2015. From 2015 to 2020, Larry served as the Director of Customer Care at the National Restaurant Association. Currently, they work at Sitka Salmon Shares as the Senior Director of Member Experience.
Larry Dunn obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in French from Columbia University, where they studied from 1975 to 1979. In addition to their academic qualifications, Larry has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include certifications from LinkedIn in areas such as networking, interview skills, coaching and development, and Lean Six Sigma. Larry also holds certifications as a Certified Call Center Strategic Leader and Certified Call Center Professional from I.C.M.I., obtained in 2007 and 1999 respectively.
