Fernando Sánchez Vilas

Fernando Sánchez Vilas has extensive experience in software development, particularly in iOS applications. Currently serving as a Desarrollador iOS at Situm Technologies since October 2019, Fernando previously co-founded Ubiplay Mobile, where contributions spanned from July 2013 to October 2019. Prior to that, work as a PhD student at Universidade de Santiago de Compostela from March 2008 to July 2013 focused on research in recommendation systems. Early career experience includes application development at Bastet Ingenieria and a project internship at imec, which involved migrating a graphics interface. Fernando holds a degree in Ingeniería Superior de Telecomunicaciones from Universidade de Vigo.
