Karthik Srigaddhe has extensive experience in the field of software engineering, having worked with multiple companies in various capacities. karthik began their career with IGATE as a Senior Software Engineer in March 2014 and worked there until October 2016. After that, they joined NCR Corporation as a Software Engineer in November 2016 and worked there until June 2023. In 2019, they joined GE as an Embedded Software Engineer and continued working there until June 2023. Currently, they serve as a Lead Embedded SW Engineer at Sivaltech, where they have been working since May 2022.

Karthik Srigaddhe completed their primary education at ZPHS Karimnagar from the year 2000 until 2007, where they did not obtain a degree. karthik then went on to Hitech College of Engg and Technology from 2009 to 2013, where they completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering. Finally, from 2013 to 2014, Karthik attended the Center for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC), where they earned a PG Diploma in Embedded System Design.
