Denise Steen

Denise Steen has extensive experience in customer care and service excellence, currently serving as Sr Director of Service Excellence Teams at WSAudiology since January 2021 and as Sr Director of Customer Care Operations at Sivantos Group since December 2018. Denise has been with Siemens Hearing Instruments, Inc. since 2006, holding the position of Sr. Manager for Customer Care Operations. Prior experience includes a role as Assistant Manager of the Call Center at Choice Logistics from 1994 to 2006.
