Gemma Hilton

Gemma Hilton is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in physiotherapy and Pilates instruction. Currently serving as a Certified Pilates Instructor at Six Physio since March 2017, Gemma also works as a physiotherapist for The Royal Ballet starting in August 2016. Previously, Gemma held positions as a part-time academy physiotherapist at West Ham United FC from August 2012 to January 2017 and as a physiotherapist at Six Physio from 2012 to August 2016. Gemma holds a BSc in Physiotherapy and an MSc in Advanced Musculoskeletal Research and Practice, both obtained from the University of East Anglia.
