Eric Grothaus

Eric Grothaus currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at SixAxis, LLC, overseeing HR for various brands including SafeRack and ErectaStep since 2018. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Hydro Systems Company from 2011 to 2017, managing HR for a global business with locations in multiple countries. Eric's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Total Quality Logistics from 2006 to 2011, where the company experienced significant growth. Additionally, Eric was the Director of Human Resources at 3M Precision Optics from 2002 to 2005 and worked as HR Manager for US Precision Lens and Corning Precision Lens from 1996 to 2002. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Northern Kentucky University and an MBA from Xavier University.
