Andy Backhouse

Andy Backhouse has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Andy is currently the Director of Sixteen Real Estate Ltd, which they co-founded in 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Colliers International UK plc from 2008 to 2016, starting as a Senior Surveyor and later becoming an Associate Director. Andy also worked as a Senior Agency Surveyor at Edward Symmons in 2007, and as a Senior Surveyor at Davies Harrison from 2004 to 2007. Beginning their career, Andy was a Graduate Surveyor at Knight Frank from 2002 to 2004.

Andy Backhouse obtained a Bsc in Geography from Staffordshire University between 1995 and 1998. Andy later pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Property Valuation and Management at Sheffield Hallam University from 2001 to 2002.
