Jonathan Sancen

Jonathan Sancen, MBA has a diverse work experience, starting as an Assistant Office Manager at Lomeli's International Supermarket from April 2008 to June 2010. Jonathan then moved on to work at Kenosha Community Health Center Inc, first as a Patient Care Coordinator from December 2010 to June 2014, and then as a Financial Counselor from June 2014 to September 2015. Following this, they worked at Concentra as a Center Operations Director for Urgent Care & Occupational Health from September 2015 to September 2019. Most recently, they held the position of Clinic Manager and Director of Clinical Operations at Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers, where they managed daily operations, developed COVID-19 response plans, and worked on quality improvement initiatives from September 2019 to February 2022.

Jonathan Sancen completed their Bachelor's Degree in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside in 2015. Jonathan then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same university, graduating in 2021. Additionally, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the Six Sigma Development Solutions Inc. in 2023. Jonathan also holds certifications in various areas such as civic leadership, OSHA Respirator Fit Testing, First Aid/CPR/AED Instruction, Community-Based Learning, and Conflict Analysis and Resolution from reputable institutions.
