Ari Pipe Mazo

Ari Pipe Mazo, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit risk analysis and private equity transactions. Currently serving as Principal at Sixth Street since April 2016, Ari previously held positions as Vice President and Associate within the same organization. Prior to that, Ari worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from July 2012 to April 2016, where responsibilities included underwriting customized credit solutions for Private Bank clients and advising on private equity transactions. Ari's career began at Brandeis University, where work as a Research Assistant focused on the impact of water pollution on infant mortality rates, alongside roles as a Teaching Assistant in Econometrics and Accounting. Ari also gained experience as an Asset Management Summer Analyst at JPMorgan in 2011. Ari earned a BA in Economics, Mathematics, and Business from Brandeis University in 2012.
