Marcelo Motta Bastos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business operations and project management. As the founder and co-CEO of Sizebay since July 2014, Marcelo has been instrumental in leading the company. Prior to this, Marcelo held the position of Diretor de Operações at Agência for.b from February 2014 to April 2017. From 1998 to 2014, Marcelo served as Diretor de Novos Negócios at Soluções, overseeing internet project management and client relationships. Marcelo’s earlier career includes roles as Diretor Comercial at Solucoes Sistemas Visuais and Analista de Sistemas at Embraco, as well as a Consultant at PwC. Marcelo holds an MBA in Project Management and another in Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a degree in Systems Analysis from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
