Haley Coddens

Haley Coddens, MHA, RPSGT, is the CEO and Founder of We Transcend LLC and serves as an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at Trinity Health. With over a decade of experience at Saint Joseph Health System (Indiana), Haley has held various roles including Diversity and Inclusion Co-Chair for The Diversity in Talent Action Team, Manager of Operations in Sleep Medicine, Clinical Sleep Educator, and Practice Manager overseeing multiple medical disciplines. Previously, Haley was the CEO of Coddens Consulting, LLC. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration from Ohio University, a Certificate in Clinical Sleep Education from the Board of Registered Polysomnography Technologists, and a Bachelor's degree from Indiana University East, among other qualifications.
