Greg Acosta

Greg Acosta, CPA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Financial Reporting & Compliance at SJW Group, starting in September 2023. Prior to this role, Greg held various positions at Castle Biosciences, Inc. from April 2019 to September 2023, culminating in the Vice President of Accounting, where responsibilities included the development of the technical accounting and SEC reporting function that supported a successful IPO. Prior experiences also include roles at Team Industrial Services, where Greg advanced from Manager to Director of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting, and at Spire (formerly The Laclede Group), where responsibilities spanned from Financial Reporting Manager to Senior Accountant. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accounting from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
