Atif Madi

Atif Madi is a highly experienced professional in the pharmaceutical sector, currently serving as a Senior R&D Chemist at SK biotek Ireland and SK pharmteco since May 2021. Prior to this role, Atif worked at Bimeda as a Formulation Scientist from November 2019 to May 2021 and held multiple positions including SFI Industry Research Fellow at APC Ltd and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Trinity College Dublin between 2016 and 2019, focusing on the development of fixed dose combinations and improving oral drug delivery formulations. Other notable experiences include research collaboration and representation roles at Queen's University Belfast, education as a postgraduate student at the University of Strathclyde, and experience as a community pharmacist in Libya. Atif holds a PhD in Oral Drug Delivery from Queen's University Belfast, an MSc in Pharmaceutical Analysis from the University of Strathclyde, and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Benghazi University. Additionally, Atif is pursuing a Diploma in Project Management from UCD Professional Academy.
