Yann-Benjamin Kugel

Yann-Benjamin Kugel has extensive experience in sports performance and strength and conditioning. Yann-Benjamin began their career at SV Werder Bremen GmbH & Co KG aA in 2008 and later worked at FC Red Bull Salzburg, DFB GmbH, and 1. FC Köln as a head of strength and conditioning. In 2010, they joined EXOS as a Performance Specialist and stayed with the company until 2020. During this time, they also worked with The Israel Football Association as the Head of Performance. In 2019, Kugel became the Head of Performance at SK Gaming and later joined PSV as the Head of S&C. Yann-Benjamin is currently the Head of S&C at Sport Lisboa e Benfica. Additionally, Kugel founded fastforward.football in 2018.

Yann-Benjamin Kugel obtained their Master's degree from the Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln between 2001 and 2005. Unfortunately, no information is available regarding the specific field of study they pursued during this time.
