Jene-Howard Chang

Jene-Howard Chang has extensive work experience in the field of physical design engineering. Jene-Howard worked as a Physical Design Manager at TSMC from April 2016 onwards. Prior to that, they were a Principle Design Engineer at SK hynix memory solutions inc. starting from August 2012. From September 2004 to August 2012, Jene-Howard held the position of Staff Design Engineer at IDT. Jene-Howard also worked as a Place and Route contractor at Intel Corporation from November 2003 to September 2004. Before that, they were a Senior Physical Design Engineer at LSI Corporation from April 2002 to October 2003. Jene-Howard began their career as a Design Engineer at Cadence Design Systems, where they worked from 1996 to 2001.

Jene-Howard Chang earned a Master of Science (MS) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Penn State University, between 1994 and 1996.
