Jason Noe is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR infrastructure development. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Proteovant Therapeutics since November 2021, Jason oversees HR functions for a biotech and machine learning/AI organization, creating various programs and policies. Previously, as Associate Director of Talent at Proteovant, Jason managed recruitment processes, contributing to the internal integration of recruitment strategies. At Intercept Pharmaceuticals, Jason held multiple senior roles, including Associate Director of Talent Acquisition, where partnerships with business leaders resulted in tailored recruiting strategies and process transformations. Additional experience includes roles at Wake Forest Baptist Health, LHH, Wyndham Vacation Ownership, and QBE North America, showcasing expertise in high-volume recruitment, client relationship building, and strategic team management. Jason holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Yale University and a Master’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Loyola University Maryland.
