Maxim Valentinovich Shepelev

Maxim Shepelev currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and member of the Management Board at Rosgosstrakh since August 2017, previously holding the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President. Before this role, Maxim held the title of CEO and Executive Vice President at Insurance Group MSK from February 2013 to November 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing finance. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President at Столичная страховая группа and working in project financing at Bank of Moscow from November 2001 to October 2008. Maxim's educational background includes an MA in Finance and Investment from the University of Exeter and further studies at Harvard Business School, alongside a degree from Kuban State University.
