Fredrik Jean-Hansen

Fredrik Jean-Hansen is an experienced project manager currently leading commercialisation efforts at Skagerak Energi since August 2022, focusing on green growth and business development. Previously, Fredrik spent nearly a decade at Innovation Norway in various roles, including Portfolio Developer and Acting Director for Technology and Domain, where the responsibilities included enhancing knowledge sharing and innovation methodologies. Fredrik also served as a strategic advisor in design and business development, contributing to customer operations and leadership initiatives. Experience extends to leadership positions in Norske Industridesignere and advising roles in educational institutions. Fredrik's academic background includes a master's degree in industrial design from The Oslo School of Architecture and Design, earned between 1996 and 2001.
