Gilad Rafael

Gilad Rafael has a strong background in software quality assurance. Gilad started their career as a Software QA Engineer at Tescom in March 2011 and eventually became a Software QA Team Lead in May 2012. In May 2013, they joined Skai as a Software QA Engineer and quickly progressed to become the QA Activity Leader in May 2014. Gilad then took on roles as a Software QA Team Lead and later as an Automation Team Lead at Skai. From May 2015 to November 2020, they served as the Software QA Team Lead. In November 2020, they became the Director of QA at Skai. Currently, Gilad holds the position of VP Technical Operations at Skai, starting in January 2023.

Gilad Rafael obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ono Academic College between 2012 and 2015. Additionally, they have a certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB).
