Niharika B. currently serves as a Data Science Manager at Skai, where leadership of a global Data Science and Analytics team has led to the development of the Customer Journey Intelligence Suite, significantly enhancing marketing insights from millions of daily search queries. Previous roles at Skai include Senior Data Scientist and Data Scientist, focusing on proof of concepts to drive return on advertising spend and conducting analyses to improve cross-channel engagement. Niharika has also worked as a Data Scientist II at Levi Strauss & Co., optimizing demand planning and inventory management processes with advanced predictive models. Early career experience includes roles at Publicis Sapient as an Associate Data Scientist and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Niharika holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago and Ramaiah Institute of Technology, respectively, along with ongoing training as a Data Science Fellow at Springboard.
