Rachel Csenar

Rachel Csenar is a seasoned professional in customer success and media buying, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Skai since October 2021, following a role as Client Success Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Supervisor at Starcom and Publicis Collective and various media buying roles at Kelly Scott Madison, including Broadcast Negotiator and Associate Media Buyer, from January 2016 to August 2020. Rachel began their career at Ashland University where responsibilities included managing inventory and improving service efficiency at Jack Miller Football Stadium. Additionally, Rachel completed an internship at Disney's Contemporary Resort. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, Hospitality Management, and International Business from Ashland University.
