Victoria Tollefsen

Victoria Tollefsen, PMP has over 15 years of work experience in operations management, project management, and employee coordination. Victoria currently serves as the Senior Director of Global Operations at Skai, where they oversee day-to-day operations for North and Latin America, manages a multimillion-dollar budget, and leads a team of operations managers. Prior to Skai, Victoria was the Sr. Business Operations Manager at Artech Information Systems, where they managed the Western region operations and led a team of specialists. Victoria also worked as a Microsoft Community Project Manager at Nayamode and Allyis, focusing on online support tools and project management. Additionally, Victoria has experience in contract compliance, employee care program coordination, and event planning.

Victoria Tollefsen, PMP holds a Project Management Certification from the University of Washington, obtained between 2012 and 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Education from City University of Seattle in 2006. Victoria also has additional certifications including a Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute acquired in 2015, and a Nutrition & Wellness Consultant Certification (CNC) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) obtained in June 2021.
