Will Ives

Will Ives has extensive work experience in sales, business development, account management, customer experience review, and quality assurance. Will currently holds the position of Director of Sales at Skai, starting in November 2021. Prior to this, Will worked at Orca Pacific as a Senior Business Development Manager and Account Manager from May 2019 to November 2021. Will also worked at Wayfair, where they managed a team of offshore employees and implemented quality assurance processes as the Customer Experience Review Team leader from April 2016 to December 2017. Additionally, they briefly served as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Wayfair from January 2016 to April 2016.

Will Ives received a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Gettysburg College in the years 2011 to 2015. In addition, they pursued Political Science studies at the London School of Economics from an unspecified start year to 2014.
