Pauline van Diepen

Pauline van Diepen has extensive experience in the organic food sector, currently serving as a Lead Auditor at Skal Biocontrole since September 2015, focusing on auditing companies involved in organic food production and trade, as well as training new auditors. Previous roles include being the Working Owner and Manager at Horta Formosa organic farm and shop from 2009 to 2014, where Pauline managed staff and organized farm production. Earlier experience includes consulting in rural development and agri-environment at ADAS, and several research assistant positions at institutions like Aberystwyth University and the Louis Bolk Institute, involving data analysis and communication within the organic sector. Educational qualifications include a degree in Organic Farming and Communication from Wageningen University & Research, along with various leadership and mentorship training.
