Lars Clement

Lars Clement is an experienced leader in municipal administration, currently serving as Kommunaldirektør at Skanderborg Kommune since May 2020. Previously, Lars held the same position at Mariagerfjord Kommune from August 2016 to May 2020, and served as Direktør at Skanderborg Kommune from June 2015 to August 2016. Lars's career in local government began at Favrskov Kommune, where roles included Teknik og Kulturdirektør and Sekretariatschef in the mayor's office and HR from August 2006 to June 2015.
