Dusan Burger

Dusan Burger is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the HR domain. Currently serving as the Head of HR and Payroll at Skanska since May 2016, Dusan oversees a wide array of HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, training and development, performance management, compensation, and compliance with labor laws. Previously, Dusan held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at Poštová banka from August 2009 to January 2016, where responsibilities included providing HR support to business units, coordinating training programs, and implementing compensation systems. Dusan began the HR career as an HR Specialist at ibis partner Slovakia from January 2006 to June 2009, engaging in activities such as employee audits and co-training outdoor activities. Dusan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from City University in Bratislava.
