Joe Devlin

Joe Devlin is an experienced business development professional with a career spanning over two decades. Since 2004, Joe has held various leadership positions at Skanska, including Senior Vice President of Business Development, Vice President of Business Development, Senior Director of Business Development, and Director of Business Development. Prior to Skanska, Joe served as Vice President of Business Development at Brait Builders Corp. from May 2003 to October 2004. Joe also worked at Legg Mason as an International Institutional Equity Sales representative from September 1996 to May 2003. Joe holds a degree from Boston College, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
