Pamela Gannon

Pamela Gannon possesses extensive legal experience with a focus on compliance and litigation. Currently serving as Counsel at Skarzynski Marick & Black LLP since September 2018, Pamela provides monitoring and litigation counsel to domestic and international insurers regarding directors and officers, financial institutions, and professional liability coverage. Prior to this role, Pamela operated a private law practice from January 2017 to August 2018, offering episodic legal services to individuals, families, and small businesses. Pamela's previous positions include Managing Director and Senior Managing Counsel at BNY Mellon, where civil litigation was a primary focus, and Director at Barclays Capital, overseeing research compliance and central compliance in the Americas. At Lehman Brothers, Pamela held the role of Senior Vice President, Deputy Director, and Counsel in compliance, managing various compliance teams and serving on the Firm's Conflicts Task Force. Pamela Gannon earned a Juris Doctor degree with honors from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in Political Science and Government from Colgate University.
