Carina Hvas

Carina Hvas is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Lederudviklingskonsulent at Administrations- og Servicestyrelsen, part of Skatteforvaltningen, since July 2018. With a tenure at SKAT beginning in 2005, Carina has held the positions of HR Manager and specialkonsulent, focusing on leadership support, process consulting, coaching, stress counseling, and teaching. Carina specializes in the development and implementation of HR tools and change management. Educationally, Carina holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and HRM and completed a Diploma program in Leadership and HRM at Københavns Erhvervsakademi between 2014 and 2016.
