Tanja Skaza

Tanja Skaza has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Tanja is currently the Co-Owner of Inštitut Skaza since January 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Co-Owner and CEO of Skaza - Exceeding Expectations since January 2004. In this role, they managed the growth and vision of the company, focused on HRM, pursued global and niche trends, established strong corporate and brand identities, and efficiently managed finances. Under their leadership, the company underwent a radical transformation, brought in top performers as co-workers, diversified its customer base, increased turnover by 500% and profits by 200%, and developed trendsetting and sustainable products under two newly established brands. Skaza is an innovative European manufacturer with a yearly turnover of 32 million EUR. Before that, Tanja worked as a Sales Manager at Zlatarna Celje from January 2001 to December 2003. In this role, they managed franchise units, developed sales representative networks, opened 60 retail stores in multiple countries, and efficiently managed finances. This role resulted in a 25% annual increase in direct sales revenue and the establishment of a strong retail network for Zlatarna Celje, a company with a long tradition and two brands.

Tanja Skaza has a Bachelor's degree in economics from GEA College. Tanja also obtained additional certifications in 2015 as an Ambassador of knowledge from the Life Learning Academy, and in 2012 they received certifications in "From a good to a great leader" and "Leadership and communication based on behavioral styles." In the same year, they also obtained a certification in process stability in Plastika Skaza d.o.o.
