Jason MacMaster

Jason MacMaster serves as the Vice President of Product Development and Merchandising at Skechers since August 2012. Previously, Jason held the position of Project Director at LuXinJia (LXJ) from October 2011 to August 2012, where the focus was on customer service and brand partnerships. Prior to that, Jason was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at In California Inc from April 2003 to July 2011, overseeing a significant sales volume in footwear. Jason also contributed as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at In-California Inc/Airspeed Footwear during the same timeframe, managing the full cycle of design and production. Earlier experience includes an Assistant Store Manager role at Sun Diego, where Jason implemented merchandising strategies and enhanced customer service, as well as a Sales Manager position at Industrial Skate Shop. Jason holds a double major in Marketing and Media Arts from the University of Arizona, graduating in 2001.
