Tiya Kirkwood

Tiya Kirkwood is an experienced professional in customer service and management, currently serving as the eCommerce Customer Service Manager at Skechers since May 2017. Prior to this role, Tiya held various positions at American Apparel from 2005 to 2017, including Director of Call Center and Online Store Customer Service Manager. Tiya's career began at DeKalb County Schools as a Substitute Teacher and included an internship at the Harland Teen Center- The Boys & Girls Club. Tiya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University and a Study Abroad Certificate in Business and Social Skills from Yangzhou University.
