Sviatoslav Kozak

Sviatoslav Kozak is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Corporate and Tax Structuring Counsel at SKELAR since March 2024. Prior to this role, Sviatoslav was a Mid-Level Associate at Baker McKenzie from June 2021 to March 2024 and an Associate at Sayenko Kharenko from January 2018 to June 2021, where Sviatoslav began as a Junior Associate and advanced through various positions, including Paralegal and Intern. Earlier experience includes co-founding Simplex Law Firm and working as a Paralegal at Legal Company HD Partners LLC and Advocate Dmytro Hudyma, involving extensive client representation and legal research. Sviatoslav holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Human Rights from Ukrainian Catholic University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
