Zhenya Vashchuk

Zhenya Vashchuk, CFA, is a finance professional with extensive experience in investment and corporate finance across various sectors. Currently serving as a Finance Business Partner at SKELAR since November 2022, Zhenya is instrumental in establishing the financial and legal frameworks for a major venture builder in Central Eastern Europe. Previously, as an Investment Associate/VP at ICU from March 2020 to November 2022, Zhenya managed a $25 million FinTech venture capital portfolio across multiple emerging markets. Prior experience includes roles as an M&A Associate at AVentures Capital, where Zhenya focused on sell-side advisory in the tech sector, a Corporate Banking Analyst at EBRD handling loans to Ukrainian corporates, and an M&A Analyst at FinPoint, providing full-cycle support for M&A projects. Zhenya holds a Master's Degree in Corporate Finance from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
