Katie Rupp

Katie Rupp is an experienced Automation Engineer currently at Skellig since September 2021, where responsibilities include reviewing customer documents and authoring functional specifications for DeltaV configuration. Prior to Skellig, Katie served as a Process Control Systems Engineer II at Emerson Automation Solutions from June 2019 to September 2021, focusing on design requirements for batch automation systems and leading virtual project demonstrations. Earlier experience includes roles as a Process Control Systems Engineer I at Novo Nordisk and a Process Engineer Intern, where Katie implemented process improvements and utilized Root Cause Analysis for manufacturing standards. Additionally, experience as a Teaching Assistant/Mentor was gained at North Carolina State University, where Katie earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2019.
