Jeff Grandcolas II

Jeff Grandcolas II is an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile transformation and team coaching. Currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master at Sketch Development since February 2023, Jeff specializes in establishing foundational Scrum frameworks and enhancing Agile capabilities within teams. Previous roles include overseeing high-performing Scrum/Kanban teams at Charter Communications, managing various software development and DevOps initiatives at SuprTek for the Department of Defense, and leading a transition from waterfall to Agile methodologies at Green Street Building Group. Jeff also held the position of President/Owner at Grandcolas Contracting LLC / Ozark Roofing prior to their Agile-focused career. Jeff holds a degree from McKendree University.
