Andy Camerucci

Andy Camerucci is the founder of Emplero Labs, a software company that creates solutions for problems involving people, tech, and organizations. Andy also worked as an IT consultant and tech recruiter for JapanRA from 2011 to 2016.

Andy has always been interested in technology and its potential to solve problems. In 2017, they founded Emplero Labs to create software that would help improve engagement between employees and their employers. Ideos.App, the company's flagship product, collects and analyzes employee input to deliver actionable insights into what employees need.

Since its inception, Emplero Labs has helped countless organizations improve communication and collaboration between employees and management. In 2020, Andy took on the role of Infrastructure at Sketch, where they continue to help businesses grow and thrive.

Andy Camerucci studied computer engineering at Tokuyama National College of Technology and then went on to study information systems engineering at Universidad Tecnológica Nacional.

Their manager is Luis Bosque, CTO. Andy Camerucci works with André Almeida - Development, Adrian Gruntkowski - Development, and Ruben Almeida - Development.
