Xin Jin has extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Xin Jin started their career as a Design Engineer at the Shanghai Institute of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering in 1992. They then worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at URACO Die Casting Co. At Honeywell Aerospace, Xin Jin led various activities such as developing and executing transition projects, driving cost reduction initiatives, and managing sourcing and procurement operations in the APAC region.

Before joining their current position as Vice President at SKF Group in 2021, Xin Jin served as a Managing Partner at Shanghai Shugong Technology Co., Ltd from 2019 to 2021.
